Apple has won a great victory in his legal fight against Samsung over allegations of patent violation. A German judge has temporarily banned the Korean company to sell its 'tablet' of 10.1 inches in the European Union except the Netherlands.The legal battle between the two companies began in April. The devices Galaxy are among the main rivals of Apple iPad , which has achieved tremendous success worldwide. Apple spokesperson Kristin Huguet has confirmed that a district court of the German city of Düsseldorf has sent a preliminary injunction against the Galaxy 10.1 tab. The German court order comes a week after Samsung is obliged to postpone the launch of its latest 'tablet' Galaxy in Australia due to similar claims.
