Drink 8 glasses of water a day very sustainable


FOR is a doctor or a dietitian to advise the public to drink at least 1.2 liters or six to eight glasses of water daily to ensure health is maintained.

But recently, a doctor from Glasgow, Margaret McCartney deny the matter rather regard it as absurd.
He explained, there is research that shows drinking water when not thirsty, can disrupt a person's concentration.
In fact, the chemicals used to disable an infection in the bottled water is not good for health.
Rational view of the extent to which McCartney and other experts, however, responded to his idea.
