The Essen-based specialty chemicals company Evonik wants the majority of the 130,000 homes from THS and Evonik make real estate. The reports of the "West German Allgemeine Zeitung" (Monday edition). This decision was passed by the Board after Evonik WAZ information.
After retreating from the residential business, Evonik will prepare for the planned IPO as pure chemicals company. As reported, the WAZ, Evonik will sell at least 25 percent of residential construction company to the pension fund Evonik. In addition, RAG-Stiftung wants to take over the parent company of Evonik, 25 percent of the shares.
