Fitch encourages investors


In Europe, investors are still under selling and buying stress. After weak growth figures from Germany stoked fears that the top ratings by the rating agency Fitch provided for the United States for recovery.
Fitch helped the financial markets with its highest rating for the U.S. today, a little more confidence. By the world's largest rating agency Standard & Poor's, early August, the former AAA rating lowered to AA, they reinforced the nervousness in financial markets, given the debt crisis in the U.S. and Europe.
In addition, Fitch leaves the outlook for the rating with "stable", which makes the medium term do not expect any downgrade. This calmed investors, which they bought back the losses increased and decreased.
