The right diet for a lean stomach


No abdominal muscle exercise is effective when the muscles are hidden under a layer of fat. But how to make the best bacon is going on?
There are two different types of fat reserves: fat energy and fat depot. The belly fat is primarily fat depot - it can not be taken to fight with a quick diet needs a long-term change in diet.
