When the riots in England saw the British authorities look bad. Premier David Cameron is now trying his luck in activism. The Tory leader brings an old favorite conservative theme again - and takes on gang violence and dysfunctional lower-class families targeted.

Gang Leader in British cities can adapt to an uncomfortable future - at least, they put the British government has grandiose announcements followed by action.

An "all-out war against gangs and the gang culture," announced Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday in a youth center in his constituency. The "Eradication of this program" is the new national priority. They would bring against them an "army" of volunteer community organizers in position.
