Spanish politicians: no language, no experience

If our politicians had to pass a suspended most likely two most fundamental subjects to practice: language and the use of new technologies to communicate with citizens. Or so some experts believe that, however, not considered essential to a university degree to be a "great politician".
Experts note other deficiencies in most of the political class, asthe lack of work experience, whatever their qualifications, before his entry into public life, and little interest in further education when they have reached an important position.
Without language

As the Spanish of his generation, a large majority of political leaders does not dominate other languages ??than mother tongue and, of course, English.
