The early bird catches the worm - probably everyone has heard this saying before. Most of the parents, if you have rested at the weekend, as a teen would rather take on the family breakfast participate.

Night owls like to make night into day, until their energy is unfolding right. You go, even if they have to get up the next morning at six clock, never before in the 24 Clock bed.To oversleep often with the result the next day - that's why they're also big fans of occupations (bartender, DJ) who begin the evening or on flexitime arrangements.
