World Bank President, warned that the economies and markets face a “new danger zone”


World Bank President, Robert Zoellick, warned that the economies and markets face a "new danger zone" for the loss of confidence in the "economic leadership from key countries."
Zoellick was referring to the combination of elements of” fragility" existing in addition to the loss of confidence of investors to the debt problems in Europe and the United States.
Zoellick urged to take action to restore confidence and reflect on how to translate "the confidence of entrepreneurs and consumers."
The president of the financial institution also added that the purchase of bonds by the European Central Bank (ECB) for euro countries with problems in the debt markets will solve the liquidity problems, but felt that "someone has to deal with basics ".
