Drone attacks in Pakistan; Silent killer kills hundreds of civilians


A British study revealed the true dimension of U.S. drone war in the border area between Pakistan and Afghanistan: the case of attacks since 2004 have killed more people than Washington admits now. Among the victims are thus hundreds of civilians - and more than 160 children.

U.S. officials do not like to over drone attacks. It is a war that everyone knows, but on paper he is still secret. Since 2004, Washington, the CIA can fly drones over areas along the Pakistan-Afghan border and fired rockets at houses, cars and positions, in which there are alleged Islamists. It is a war that the Pakistani government publicly condemns as a violation of state sovereignty, but secretly approves.
