Japan’s annual GDP revised down


The Government of Japan on the 12th to 311 production and consumer spending strong earthquake hit the ground, substantially lower economic growth forecast this year to 0.5%, but the reconstruction will-be expected to stimulate rapid economic expansion next year.
Cabinet Office announced on 12 April this year from the gross domestic product (GDP) will increase by 0.5%, far better than the 1.5 percent forecast in January. GDP next year is expected to expand 2.7 to 2.9 percent. Cabinet Office warned in the report, the strong yen, power shortages and increased uncertainty in global economic outlook are affecting economic growth risks to the outlook. Among them, the appreciation of the yen's most harmful.
