Chancellor Merkel and President Sarkozy of France are planning a European economic government?
For chairing, this "real euro-zone government" proposes that Franco-German tandem EU Council President Herman van Rompuy.

In addition, there should be in the euro zone debt ceiling. The deficit-brake is to be included in all euro countries in the Constitution.
