Nuclear submarines collective cheating is prevalent


Navy nuclear submarines have been decommissioned, "Memphis No." (USS Memphis) 2010 soldiers took place in November in the qualifying examination in nuclear technology, collective fraud, killing a commander was dismissed, 13 soldiers were punished.
